hey guys, im looking for a 9-pin connector extension cable(1 end female, 1 end male) to move my subwoofer further away. I have attached a pic below of a quickie diagram of the pin orientation. It uses a ps2 housing, there is NO square black piece like in mice and keyboards. Anyone that has a logitech/labtec 2.1 or higher speaker set knows what this is. Just would like to get an extension cable. Thanks.

Umm, where's the pic?

Offhand I'd check Mouser or Newark Electronics.

has what I believe is the right connectors. Kobiconn part number 161-2609 is the jack, where 171-2609 is the plug. Cost is about $1.50 each, though you'd need to wire the cable up yourself.

http://www.action-electronics.com/ppdin.htmAnother source, Mini DIN connectors are towards the bottom of the page.

Something else that might work. Creative offers a 2 meter cable with male 9 pin Mini DIN connectors on each end. If your existing cable unplugs from both ends, you could concievably replace it with this cable, assuming it's longer than your existing cable.
