How do you get mamewah to just load the rom.  When I click on a rom it just brings up the interface of Zsnes?  Any ideas?

Makes sure you are using the following settings in the MAMEWAH emu#.cfg for zSnes:

Show DOSBox = 1
Send ROM Path = true
Use Long Filenames = false
Send ROM Extension = true

Thats exactly what I have.  The roms show up in mamewah and when I click on one of them to load it just brings up the gui for ZSNES, any ideas, I suppose I could use the controls to select load and then select a rom, but I should not have to I would think.

Try the version of zSnes that you can download from the screenshot archive:  http://www.screenshotarchive.com/downloads_emus.htm

Try using Long Filenames...

It has been a while since I had ZSNES setup so I can't remember fully, but I know for sure it works.  The GUI appearing is basically telling you something is wrong with the rom part of the commandline.

If all else fails run ZSNES from a commandline until you figure out how to run it, then try to duplicate that in MW (use debug.log to help).
