3D ARCADE 0.91 having trouble applying new skin...

I'm fairly new at this FE (Amazing program) and I was trying to use the newer demo skins, but, to no avail.

I have:

Unzipped the 7thheaven zip in the fe folder keeping the folder structure.

After that I followed this TXT file included with the zip:

-Select the listmanager from the main configuration menu. Click on the arcade demos entry in the selsets field and select
"edit..." from the popup. Click anywhere in the field with gamelists and select "add a new gamelistpair" from the popup.
In the dialog select the 7thheaven gamelist, "7thheaven.atf". Give it a short name and a descriptive name and select cancel
 when asked for a w3d to show in the ssmenu.

-Now we have to associate the gamelist with the 7thheaven arcade cfg file so the fe shows the 7thheaven arcade when this
gamelist is selected. Click on the newly added 7thheaven gamelist entry and select "edit left gamelist". Click in the
arcade field and select "select a new gl arcade" from the popup. In the dialog select the 7thheaven arcade cfg,
"7thheaven.cfg".

-Now we can optionally, for convenience, associate the gamelist with the skin cfg file that is setup to always go
directly to the fpsarcade menutype. Click on the newly added 7thheaven gamelist entry and select edit left gamelist.
 Click in the skinset field and select "select a new skin" from the popup. In the dialog select the skin cfg,
"3darcade_ast_hor_returntofpsarcade_gl.cfg".

-Select in the lower part of the screen "close and save", done!

When I go to the "Demo" menu, 7th Heaven is there to select, even the preview pic is there. But when I initiate it, I just get the same old round room.

Ideas?
