How to get MESS to work with MAMEwah?

I am trying to get MESS 0.84 to be used for Atari 5200 and 7800 via MAMEwah.  I am getting the games to run fine within MESS, but can not seem to get it setup properly through MAMEwah.  Anyone have MESS working with MAMEwah?  What needs to be done to get MAMEwah to launch MESS?
