Stumbled across this - not sure if it is widely known about or not.   There are links to hundereds of Photoshop tutorials.

I found one as well called www.shadowness.com  I believe you have to register for a free account to get into the site but they have a number of cool tutorials and a pretty big community it looks like.

sweet....has numerous other tutorials on there as well that rock....

there was a banner on there that wanted me to "punch-out" the evil kangaroo...and was using the character from the arcade version of punch-out......... :o
