Anyone out there know how to run console roms such as nes, snes, and nintendo 64 on a mame arcade machine? Do you need a seperate front end? Let me know what you think.

Yes it is very possible to use console emulators on a MAME cabinet and almost everyone uses multiple emulators on their cabinet. There are many frontends that are very customizable and can run multiple emulators. I use MAMEWAH (
http://mamewah.mameworld.net/
). Here are the other emulators I use:
Nintendo - VirtuaNES
Super Nintendo - zSNES
Sega Genesis Gens - Use GensFE
Sega Master System - Meka
Playstation - ePSXe
Atari 2600 - z26
Many of these emulators have been modified for front end use. You can get some of them at the screenshot archive (

)
