Monitor colour tips
« on: July 08, 2004, 06:12:57 am »
hi  :)

i own 2 cabs with 29inch monitors in them, the cabs are labeled LS-25/29 but im not sure what make the monitors are :'(

im having trouble getting a nice black colour on the screen,Everytime i think ive got it looking nice i load up a game and it looks to dark, ive been tweaking the screen and brightness controls and still cant get it right :'( am i doing something wrong or am i being to fussy? i run my my PCBS on my 29inch TV through my supergun and they look fine on there, also the colours dont look as vibarant on the monitors (they look kind of dull compared to my TV which is nice and colourful)Ive also been playing with the colour settings for days (in game and on the test screen)and cant get them looking how i want either
(i have all the RGB gains turnt down)

I thought the monitors would look alot nicer than a TV but tbh im a little dissapointed with the picture quality at the mo

i am new to this so maybe im doing something wrong

cheers
Trev
