HD jumpers: Where to buy?
« on: June 30, 2004, 11:08:09 pm »
Unfortunatly I threw away my collection of worthless computer components and now I need 2 jumpers.

So does anyone know where I can get a couple jumpers?
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

Check with a computer shop near you. The tech likely has bins full of them.

Are you talking regular size or the teeny tiny ones?

Parts are only useless if you really, really think you will never use them again.  Screws and jumpers do *not* go in this category, usually, unless they're really specialilzed to a particular system.

Preach on, Peale.  The only thing I'd get rid of these days is Microchannel cards.  That's about the only thing I'm sure I won't ever see again.  Your mileage may vary.
