Scart TV Rolling picture
« on: June 25, 2004, 12:42:05 am »
Hi,

I'm considering using a Scart TV for my (vertically oriented) cocktail cab (with ArcadeVGA) and was wondering whether many of you have had issues with a rolling picture on a Scart TV.

I know this is often a problem with arcade monitors but is it also an issue with Scart TVs

make sure you have wired Scart cable for composite sync.

i get good synced picture on my TV when using Scart connection. not sure if it has an automatic sync adjustment system. when tried on my Hantarex MTC EQ/2 video monitor (same as arcade monitor but with Scart input) i had to adjust the VHold pot to get steady picture.
