I'm wondering exactly how one would go about changing their title as seen in the attached pic.

I think custom titles have to be given by Moderators, I remember the winner of the MicroCab Contest was awarded a custom title as part of the prize.

Has to either be given by an Admin, or you have to be a Mod.
