ok i know my chd files work in mame32 .72 but now with the newest version it says unsopported version on mame 32 and advmame?? does anybodyu know why

Read the MAME FAQ, they changed formats for the CHD files. There's a conversion utility included with MAME now for older CHDs.

I was going to suggest reading the FAQ, but that entry is not in there!
MAME changed the CHD spec as of .79. You can convert your existing CHD images to the new spec with the CHDMAN.EXE program that comes with Mame. It does not come with the MAME32 version, you'll have to get the official version from
