Best "arcade friendly, non emulated" console games

This may be difficult to answer, but I was wondering what would be a few of the best console games to run in a cab for systems that are not currently emulated at all or very well (DC, XBOX, PS2, GC).  There are many good games for these consoles, but many either are not games that play very well in a cabinet (Sonic, SMB, etc play better with a gamepad), or were designed for devices other than a standard digital joystick (analog sticks, steering wheels, light guns, etc).  Which games capture the "arcade feel?"
