White Screen Hell!

Hi there

I'm having problems with my Taito Space Invaders cocktail cab. All I get on power up is a white screen, perfect size, no squishing or jittering .. just a white rectangle. I had a guy come and take a look for me, and he said it was a PSU problem, so off it went to have a complete rebuild, and was fully tested and rebuilt. Plugged it back in .. same problem, so the PSU is not part of the occasion. I think the boards are okay, as they worked fine before and I've no reason to think otherwise (these were tested with a multimeter).

The test switch / coin mech do nothing and theres no sound or activity at all. The monitor just sits there .. silently mocking me

Any ideas?

It's also not part of the equasion ... it's really late in the UK, but that's good .. even for me
