Thanks! My son will still be 11 for a couple of months, and there's a big 24-screen AMC theatre close by.

Check with your local libraries too. Many of them have summer book clubs for kids.  Mine even has one for adults.

Ours kids club gives out coupons to local businesses for every ten books read.  My daughter already has three coupons. Two from Panera Bread, and one for free kid's meal at Culver's.
