Help with marquee (Basic Design)

Hi all

I am working on a cabinet that has went over budget.  So I am wondering if someone would be kind enough to help me with the marquee.  It should be pretty simple for someone who has the talent.  All I want is some 3d lettering and maybe a few fighting characters added in.  We are doing the cabinet in a dark blue/green scheme so if that could be incorporated that would be great.  If someone can help me with this it would make the cabinet look awesome.
