So, I get home from work yesterday and my cable, and high speed internet is out. I figure no problem, I'll call them and get it fixed, usually some signal needs to be re-sent to fix the issue.

That didn't work and they need to submit a "trouble ticket" to get a tech sent out to the house...no problem...until she told me FRIDAY. Apparently there is only 1 tech in the entire state of Phoenix that works for cox, therefore he can't get to me for 3 days......Now granted, I understand that theese people are busy and that they contract service out to "random company" but for the love of god.....If I told one of my customers that I won't be able to get to them for 3 days, I'm pretty sure I would be canned on the spot....What ever happened to customer service, you figure over a hunderd dollars a month by over half the city could constitute more money to hire more help to make service requests serviceable within 24 hours.
