Visual Pinball & Mamewah...again :-)
« on: June 07, 2004, 10:15:28 am »
I know it's been discussed before, but I'm just seeing if anyone has a tried and true method of getting Howard's wrapper to work with Mamewah. I've followed all the instructions to a 't', but still just get the pseudo-warning splash screen and then nothing (with the latest Vplauch4). With the older vplaunch (#2), I just get a black screen and it hangs.   In fact even when I run the test upon first launching VP-Launch4, it sees all the games in the tables directory, but it just hangs on the humourous disclaimer screen and I have to end the task to clear it out.

Anyone figure it out yet? It's the last thing I need to get working before putting the machine into my cabinet.

thanks gang!
Mike

Just Reinstall Visual Pinball without removing it first. Leave everything else unchanged.

Got the same problem ... now the wrapper works nice.
