Fraggle's Boot CD (ArcadeOS?) problem w/ CD door
« on: June 03, 2004, 10:19:22 am »
Ran Fraggle's bootable CD, and now my CD-ROM door won't stay shut.

It worked fine when it had Win '98 installed, and obviously worked fine when it booted off the Fraggle CD.

Any ideas?

Spooky!

Silly question, have you rebooted your PC?

If so, and it still doesn't close, I think its a fluke that your cd rom bit the dust after you ran the Fraggle CD.

If you are ready for some conspiracy theories, maybe you have some super funky spy/mal ware on your PC.

I don't think thats the case though.  I think its a coincidence really.

Yeah, I rebooted.

Trying to scare up another CD-ROM drive to test the "kerplunk" theory.

Thanks.
