No joke...

Aside from that, though, I couldn't say if it's good or not. Eygo VGAs aren't much talked about here. Wells Gardner seems to be the best. There are two or three 19" VGA offerings at happcontrols.com, none of which are Eygo. I don't even know where to buy one.
