maybe, but at $108 sounds like it would be more expensive and not as suited to the application. Looks like it only does 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768.
Ultimarc's ArcadeVGA is designed to do exactly what you want it to (output windows and mame at 15khz and reproduce most games at their true resolution). If you're gonna spend money, that's the best thing to buy.
Of course you don't *need* an ArcadeVGA to output at 15khz anyway - there's always Advancemame if you just want to use your current card. But of course some cards like advmame better than others.
