l dont want to cut a test every wire that goes from the Steering Sensor's to the electronic interface that conects to the Imput of the Dc..
What l want to do is add a Proper arcade Accelerator Peddle & a proper  Arcade Brake peddle to the Unit .
Also l still want to use the Acc & Brake Thats On the steering wheel so the little kid that Carnt reach the brake & acc can still use it...
Any help would be great If anyone wants some pics let me & l will Take some ...Cheers Thanks In advance

Pics would help, but I thin you should just be able to snip the wires that go to the origianl dreamcast wheel's pedals and insert your own pedals there.  I'm not really familiar with the DC wheel, so I could be wrong.  If you're also swapping out the pots/hall sensors you'll need to make sure they match resistance/impedance as well.

l was Just trying to get out of it the easy way Out..Hoping Someone has done this Before .Looks like l Have to snip the wires & test from there..As The original Sega Steering wheel is to hard to Dismantle (with out Braking It )To see what color wire Runs to what switch...

im hacking a dc wheel into a turbo cab, but im using the dc wheel and pedals. im having more of a hard time mounting the wheel and shifter than anything else. i have the wheel ( a madkatz mc2) completely disassmbled and am working out how to mount them now. i have close to a hundred dc driving games, so i cant wait!

id love to see some pics of what you have and where your at.....

lve already mounted the steering wheel ...
Wasnt fun...it was a real pain...
Had to cut out plastic frame Make up Dash Pieces from bits of wood ....Not real happy with it ...
l Dont think the quality of the wheel will last..its Plastic
l Might still Brake It into Pieces & use all the Pods & internal wiring & refit it on a Arcade Steering wheel...As l have been looking for Other Steering wheel Hacks & stuff on the net ...Got some Great ideas l'll see if l get a chance to take some pics
Tomorrow see what you think :)

I agree, the best way to hack would be to use the DC wheel's potentiometers and wiring, and supplement with arcade quality pedals.
