Mamewah stops responding
« on: May 18, 2004, 01:42:30 pm »
This just started happening to me.  Cabinet been working fine for almost a year.

Win Xp Pro, starts up, goes into Mamewah as shell.  For about 5 seconds I can move the selection's, but after that, i can't do anything.

I moved the PC out of my cab to my office, and same thing happens.  So it's not my Ipac or keyboard.

I can hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to get into task manager.

This is weird.

I'm going to try and update to the latest mamewah.

I'm famous for figuring things out right after I post.  I uninstalled gotomypc.com and it's back to working.

It's amazing how many programs play havoc with (Windows) arcade cabs...

I was using gotomypc.com to remotely control the darn thing for upgrades, etc.

I can't figure out how to get the free desktop control working for WinXp.  If anyone has a good link on how to set it up, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.
