CHD Folder confusion
« on: May 14, 2004, 02:38:07 am »
I just have a quick question regarding CHD file such as Cryptkiller where the CHD name is actually a combination of letters and numbers e.g. 420uaa04.
I know the CHD files go in a folder the same name as the game under the roms folder. My question is do these types of CHD files go in a folder of the same name as the game. Did a search on this site and could not find an answer.

Yes, regardless of the CHD filename, place the .chd in a folder named the same as the romname.
