Ok snake I know you will know. I want a usb converter to go from dc to usb it has to work for guns, maracas, fishing pole and para para controls

DC Guns, Maracas, and Para Para controllers would not work on your PC (if that what you were thinking).  They are very customized DC controllers and would require a custom PC driver written for it (if that were even possible).  The fishing controller might work (as its just a normal controller with the analog joystick setup with a single axis for the reel turning).
