It had a motorcycle handlebar interface in which only the gas/accelleration grip could be rotated.  On the screen was a little guy on a motorcycle who's front wheel would come off the ground when the gas was applied to quickly.  The goal was to speed up and jump over buses.    Everytime you cleared a jump successfully then another bus was added.

Stuntcycle. Atari 1976
Does not have a CPU so it is not emulated i n mame. There is an atari 2600 version. It was unreleased but has been dumped ands it can be found on the net.
