What PC game is this?

I used to play this PC game about 7 years ago with a friend of mine and enjoyed it greatly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what it was called and cannot seem to find a resource to find it.  

The premise was on each level you drove a different huge vehicle (a bulldozer, a robot, etc) and you tried to destroy as many buildings as you could and complete some sort of mission (like crush the convoy before it escapes).  The environment was your typical 3-d landscape, but I just cannot remember what it is.  

I realize this game might not be real popular or well loved, but I loved it, it was fun to play, it might make a great cab game, and that is all that counts!

Sounds sort of like Blast Corps for the N64.. I don't know if it ever got a PC release.

Wow! You were right, the game is blast corps and it has never made it to PC, just N64.  I guess I always think of it as a PC game since I was playing it at the same time and in the same place I was building an "Internet Cafe'" for a friend of mine.
