JVC TV for MAME CAB
« on: May 08, 2004, 01:51:35 pm »
Hi all,

I was just out perusing TVs for my MAME cab and came across a JVC 27530
which has all of the same features as the JVC 27430 and Toshiba 27A33
which have been recommend here at BYOAC (ie. component input, input memory and automatic on feature). The TV is on sale until the end of the day (of course)
so I thought I'd post and ask if anyone has any experience with this model, or
any concerns/comments regarding the JVC brand for MAME setups. I should note that I plan to use component input.

Thanks for any input!

Libref.

Hi all,

Thought I'd post again following some info. I received from JVC.

As it turns out, all JVC '30' series TVs ie.27530, 27430 etc., are  identical internally. The various model numbers represent differences in styles; for example the 27430 is a silver cabinet, while the 27530 is black.
