I don't get it, shouldn't that hyperathlete or hypersports game be in there?  The konami newer track and field game.

The .82 whatsnew.txt only lists what changed between the last source release (.81u9) and .82. If you look lower in the text it will list hyperathlete somewhere in the .81u releases.
