Mame32 official website alternatives!?
« on: May 05, 2004, 04:03:11 pm »
Hi folks!

I went to the Mame 32 official website a few mins. ago to see if i could download the latest version. It seems that now i have to subscribe to Gamespy ID to get it, that's kinda annoying because i'm full of crappy web appz in my pc and i'm getting invaded all the time, sayz my firewall!  ;D

Is  there any alternative way to download it, besides the Arcade@home website? Thanks in advance.  :)

Bye

I did a boolean search in google:

mame32 + download - gamespy

and found many places to get it.

Here's one: http://e4e.emubase.de/e4e/index.php?module=download&dlid=302

MAME32 0.81

Hope this helps...

Download it and do a virus scan on it.

You don't have to get a gamespy ID.

Just go to the part with the public servers and download it.

It says something about that in the webpage.

You do have to get an ID, but you don't have to pay to download.  Just use the public servers.
