Those look great! Very impressive, especially for your first attempt! I look forward to seeing more updates.

What do you use to get the sides' cuts so nice and professional looking?  I cheated and used a KOMO CNC router for mine  ;D  One of the perks of running the machine at work!  Not too shabby for your first attempt(s).  It might be a good idea to lay down some plastic when painting, though  ;) .

I used a circular saw with a guide, and a jig saw to make one side piece. I cleaned up the edges with a belt sander and got everthing just the way I wanted.. Then I used a router with a tracer bit to cut the rest out.. and yeah... maybe some plastic on the floor would be nice, but bah

After seeing two of the three completed, it's hard to drag my butt back in the shop for the third.. It's cool to have the cab up and runing, but I'm not super pleased with the way it looks..... It's functional but kinda plain.. side art doesn't help much either... I may build another in a couple months, but the next one i'll try to be a little more creative with... I haven't posted much in these forums, but I've read the heck out of em.. Lots of good info here!

Good job for your first cab(s) m8. Just curious but why are you building 3.

Well the reason I decided to build 3 of them was because I didn't have enough money to build just one! lmao! You see the other two helped pay for mine.. One went to West Monroe... the other is going around the corner from me
