Those are good choices.

Definitely need linked racing games.  At our summer shore house in NJ, we used to drink 10 or 70 beers and play the 4 player linked motorcycle game, where you actually sat on the bike to turn.  I'd have that.

First, my guests would have to enjoy refreshments, I'd have a system like McDonald's automatic system to server whatever  Maybe build a bar monkey too.
