Is there anyway to open up there cfg and change the keys. I really don't want to remap all my buttons for all my other games.

What? You don't have to, of course! When you're running the game, DON'T PAUSE IT and hit the [TAB] key. Scroll down to "Input (This Game)" and change the controls to your hearts content.

Alternatively, learn how to use controller files.
