Keyboard Emulation App for Game Pads?
« on: April 16, 2004, 08:42:15 pm »
I'm wondering if there's some sort of keyboard emulation app for game controllers.  Basically what I want to do is be able to use a USB game pad and have button presses on the pad make key strokes in Windows, so like pressing up on the pad is like pressing the up arrow on a keyboard.  Is there an app that can do this, or do I have to hack the controller wire and use an I-Pac?

I know apps like this exist on Linux and Mac, but I'd like something for Windows.  Did a board search and didn't come up with much.  Any help would be appreciated!

Nevermind, I just found JoyToKey, and am trying that out.  ;)
