After just finishing a jukebox borject, I'd like to mention that I had a TON of troubles with the system until I put it back into a proper computer case. From what I gather from a few conversations, PCI cards should be grounded to the PS. Just thought I'd mention it -in case- you're getting flukey problems like the system booting into BIOS, boot screen lockups etc. Looks good though!
The Trackball is a Logitech Marble Mouse taken apart, they are very Cheap, $10.00 to $15.00 US, They are USB but come with a PS2 adapter. very easy to mod, just take the little switch off and soder the wire to the buttons, you have to cut part of the hole in the under side of the control panel to be able to make the ball surface, I used a dremel.
