Need Help Identifying a Game PLS!

Hi Ya'll, Okay I'm trying to figure out the name of a game and its drving me crazy....I believe its an arcade game, although it could be a SNES or Genesis/Megadrive game. I think it was made between 1988-1994, it was a fighting game(i think), and in part of the game or like in a BONUS stage you got to beat the crap out of a car, the windows would smash, bonnet/hood would fly off, and you just had to punch it and punch it until nothing was left of it (i think nothing was left)...I remember playing it around 1993/94 but I dont think it was a brand new game at that time. Can Someone please identify this game for me

That could be it, what stage was it on?

or was it a bonus stage?

Wait, so did Street Fighter 2, just the first one though.  It was just like the Final Fight one, but the car was grey in SF.  Heck, maybe they were grey in both games....

I think maybe one of the robocop's had something similar also, but I'm not sure about this.
