Ok,

I ordered a D9200 (refrub) i received it damaged.
I told them i now want a new one i will pay the
Difference in price. Do you think its fair for me to have
To pay for shipping on the defective monitor? Its not my
fault they sent me a one with issues.

It's not the manufacturer's fault if the monitor you received was damaged in transit. The manufacturer's responsibility ends when the item being shipped is picked up by the shipping carrier. It's the shipping carrier's fault so you have to file a claim RIGHT NOW with whoever the carrier is.

Hey Ken,

The damage that occured could never have happened in Transit due to the location, wires were spliced ect.  We are working out the kinks, i hope there is a happy ending.

If this was done at the factory then it surprises me to say the least. I know lots of people who have bought both refurbbed monitors and new monitors from Wells-Gardner and never had any problems.

Everytime I've gotten monitors from them they've arrived perfectly.
