Ok, here are some pictures. I am still unsure about this game. It might be a restoration, a Mame, or a "Mame in place of the dead PCB".

Control panel. The complicated part is still intact, so I can scan it in to make a new overlay.

The bezel is perfect, as is the cardboard "crowd" that goes behind it.

not one of atari's more inventive designs is it?  It reminds me of a kitchen wall unit ;D
