Phone the parts department at Wells-Gardner at 1-800-336-6630 (or 708-290-2100) and buy service manual # 069X2815-100 which covers the 14, 17, and 19 inch versions of the U3000. Miss Rae Watkins is usually who staffs the parts dept.
