Pc monitor to CGA?
« on: March 29, 2004, 05:03:22 am »
Hey :)

Is it possible to use a pc monitor as an arcade monitot?
I found this http://www.highway.net.au/parts/converters/1495.html

It seems to convert the PCBs CGA signal to vga monitor signals.

One offtopic question, does the neo geo use V or H sync or both?

Regards

OSCAR

To connect an arcade board to a pc monitor, you need an upscan converter such as http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=219&products_id=2875 or the device you linked.

Neo-geo uses a composite sync signal.
