Just a heads up...Happs is selling the Vision Pro for $399.95 thru 5-31-04.

Ok since i am having issues with my current monitor, i am just inches away from buying this, i called up happ spoke to a guy Ryan who was extremely helpfull as far as getting me a good shipping cost, but does anyone know how this monitor works with an arcade vga setup?

The 27" Happ Vision Pro is a 30-40kHz monitor, therefore not compatible with the 15kHz ArcadeVGA card.  You need to use a standard res (CGA) monitor with the ArcadeVGA.

Yep, forgot to mention that it doesn't go down to 15kHz.  But for those that don't care about authenticity, it's a good price for a 27" monitor.

Yeah when I saw that monitor for 399, I figured it was the one I was gonna get. I am not to worried about it looking completely authentic. So basically this monitor is just a 27 inch computer monitor. So I guess games will look quality wise the same as they do on my 19 inch monitor. Also what was the shipping looking like on it?
