The main ones that come to mind are Galaga in War Games and Enduro Racer in Can't Buy Me Love. I had a few more in mind but now I forgot them.

if you download history.dat for MAME it will tell if a particular game has made an appearance in a movie.

There are several websites devoted to this. The list is VERY long.

Tv show appearances are a better one to try, as there does not seem to be a compilation of those.

Silver Spoons had a bunch of them. Including a fake "Manhole" cabinet that went on to cameo on many other TV shows.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
