PC Monitor Cabinet Mounting
« on: March 16, 2004, 10:38:45 am »
I'm looking for a good how to or link that would best give me some examples on how to mount my monitor in my cabinet.  I have a Philips 19" monitor that weighs about 50 pounds,  and I was hoping to mount it this weekend.

Obviously I would need to install some type of braced shelf, but I'm looking for recommendations on what to use, or what works best.

Did you ever get an answer to this question?
I have the same question/problem and I?m not sure how to proceed. This is the last major step in my cabinet.

Anybody have any tips on this?

I never heard anything.  I ended up browsing through a lot of people's projects and looking at their pictures to see how they had mounted it.  After that I got a good enough idea, and got mine installed this weekend.

I'll take some more pictures later this evening and post the link in my project thread.
