Hey BYOAC builders — Gary here from Gary's Hobbies. I'm excited to share a couple of things I've been building for custom arcade cabinets.

Build your control panel before you cut it. My free arcade panel designer lets you set the panel size and shape, try familiar joystick/button layouts, add components, and move everything around at scale. Give the screen a clean finish. I also make custom-cut plexiglass and black ABS screen masks that hide the monitor frame and unused area. Enter the cabinet's measurements, review a dimensioned proof, and approve the fit before I cut the parts: https://garyshobbies.com/bezel

If you want a panel made for your build, I can quote a wood control panel, a clear plexiglass overlay, or both from your design. I also cut arcade plexiglass for display covers and marquees. You supply your own controls, electronics, and artwork.
