Tina at Game Room Solutions is a nightmare to work with.

Total Nightmare Support – Avoid Game Room SolutionsI’ve invested over $1,780 here—$1,600+ tax for a 43" arcade cabinet, and $180 for a replacement CPO box. While they were admittedly good about replacing a damaged plexi panel early on, dealing with their customer service rep, Tina, has been an absolute nightmare. The $180 replacement CPO panels arrived completely missing the vital structural cam lock hardware required for assembly. When I reached out, Tina's response was genuinely disgusting: she literally told me to salvage old hardware that had been contaminated by cat urine. Expecting a high-ticket customer to handle biological waste because you're too cheap to pack a few cents worth of screws is a joke.Tina completely fails to understand the basic requirements of her job. She takes days to reply to emails, dodges phone calls entirely, and takes every single legitimate product complaint as a personal attack on her. The second you express completely valid grievances about missing parts, she tries to tone-police you with "I don't like your tone" to deflect from her own mistakes. She is doing a massive disservice to Game Room Solutions as a company representative. Her passive-aggressive, childish behavior ruins whatever decent products they might make. If you buy from them, pray your order is perfect, because the second you have a post-purchase issue, you are entirely on your own.

Did the cat piss on it before they shipped it or after you left it out?
