Bots ddosing the forum

This site is being essentially DDOSed by bots slamming the forum, taking down the web server. We’re looking into mitigation options but they’re kicking our bottom right now.

You can bet that at least 7600 of those guests are AI bots.

If you decide to use cloudflare, be aware that http won't work any more, and you can only access the site with the latest versions of the most modern browsers. Even then sometimes legitimate users will be blocked. Maybe instead you could do some IP blocking, particularly China and Russia.
