DWJukebox notloading all tracks?

Good morning
I have modified an old vinyl jukebox and am using DWjukebox. All works great except that the DW doesn’t load all the tracks. I have around 1200 in the folder but when I load DW it only shows around 750 of them.
Ive tried messing with certain tracks and it loads but then when I add a couple more it doesn’t show them all again.
Ive checked the data files  JUKEBOX.DB / JUKEBOX.IWX & JUKEART.IWX and all the tracks are listed in them correctly.
Any ideas what I need to do to solve this issue. Benn fiddling with settings for so long with no joy
