DIY RFID Arcade Jukebox Using Raspberry Pi
« on: May 20, 2026, 05:09:13 am »
Hi everyone,

I’m building a custom arcade-style jukebox using Raspberry Pi, ESP32, RFID tags, and arcade buttons. The project combines retro gaming aesthetics with modern [https://digitalmonk.biz/custom-arcade-game-software-development/]arcade machine software[/url] for interactive music control and smart automation. Users can tap RFID cards to instantly play playlists with LED lighting effects and a classic arcade feel.

Features include:

RFID music selection
Arcade button controls
ESP32 + Raspberry Pi setup
LED effects
Touchscreen support
WiFi connectivity

Currently working on adding coin acceptor support and retro game launcher mode. Would love to hear suggestions from the arcade community.
