How to get more visible scanlines? 240p?

Running MAME.  HDMI to VGA out of my laptop.  View Sonic 20G.  My question is how do I make the scanlines pop?  Is there a way display 240p in windows with an Nvidia GPU?

Got this all figured out via many hours of searching and reading.
