MameHooker DLL 6 error

I'm trying to get LED outputs for House of the Dead Scarlet Dawn via Mamehooker and DemulShooter.
I followed ArcadeAdam's tutorial on YouTube and did everything as it should be.
The first problem I had was that MameHooker did not recognize my Ultimarc ultimate I/O.
I found another version of Mamehooker on the forum and the problem was solved.
The first test was the start button for player 1, and it worked the first time.
After I set the start button for player 2 it stopped working.
The buttons do not light up and when I close Mamehooker I get a "dll 6 error".
I can't get it to work anymore until I uninstall and reinstall MameHooker.
Then it works again, but after the second time the same error again.
What is the problem? MameHooker version, LedBlinky, DemulShooter,.....?
I've been searching and trying for several days now, but nothing works.

This is only with House Of The Dead Scarlet Dawn.
Bad dump? No idea

Did you figure this out? Some people have reported conflicts with Mamehooker and LED Blinky.  They reported the culprit being Mame.dll in the LED BLinky folder.  Try renaming it to anything (oldMame.dll, whatever) and see if that changes anything.
