hp elitedesk 705 g4 2400g crt emudriver setup

I already have a working CRT setup, but I want to see if I can make another dedicated emulation machine with this mini pc I purchased. I have already run into a problem however-it seems as though installing CRT emudriver works fine, but when I go to VMMaker, it shows up as basic windows display adapter. when I open up device manager, it shows AMD Vega 11 Graphics(CRT Emudriver), but it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43). How can I get past this?

Separately, is the 2400g capable of making interlaced resolutions in CRT emudriver? as far as outputs on my mini PC, i have hdmi and 2 displayports, no VGA(unfortunately). i purchased hdmi to vga, displayport to vga, and displayport to hdmi adapters(display port to hdmi->hdmi to vga so that i can test forcing 15 khz through displayport. i heard this might be a way to force low resolutions through)
